A LEARN employee starts with understanding the importance of making the connection with students and the communities we currently serve, often through learning how to capture their hearts and responding to their needs. Beyond that, you’ll also learn new and effective techniques to make a positive impact in our students' academic career, and enhance LEARN's collaboration within the communities we serve.

Working with LEARN is more than a job. It's working to develop a network of friends and building an extended family of support for the youth and families we serve. Youth Leader Positions - Accepting Applications

• ASPIRE Youth Leaders work with students from kindergarten to eighth grade on age appropriate academic, recreational, and enrichment activities.   

• PREP Youth Leaders work with our high school students in academic, recreational, and enrichment activities as well as develop new school clubs based on student interest. 

• GEAR UP Youth Leaders work with a specific cohort of students focusing on academic achievement and college readiness.
